Google adds new features now and then to their search as well as sponsored ads. More and more people around the world making purchase online. Mobile is one of the handy way to research for anything. More Information in Carousel – They are going to roll out smooth expand of ads when interested user swipe through carousel. Google will roll it on Chrome for Android this month and with iOS in the coming months.

Added Step with Shoppers’ Research – They are going to show newly-designed shopping ads with authoritative rankings for some ads. Most of the shoppers do research before they do purchase. So they are going to show product review card with product ratting and snippet. Some products are more specification oriented. To cater such product, they may include product attribute card with relevant information of the store.

Local Store Ads – They are going to display more Local Inventory Ads over Shopping Ads when it comes to local product query. There are good chances of conversion, if shopper searching for local nearby store and find related ads.

New Google Now In-store Cards for Shoppers – They have recently launched two new Google Now in-store cards for shoppers. When shopper is near your store, the Google Now in-store card appears. It has useful information such as closing hours, loyalty card data, etc. You can also access inventories 24X7 by using feature search inventory. Another interesting cards is price drop card! If shopper browsed some product previous and there is significant reduction in price. This card highlights this information. Henceforth, there is more chances of conversion.

Deep Links to Mobile App – Google allows to include deep link of shopping app in shopping ads. It helps retailers to increase selling through app as well as to drive engagement with their shopping apps. Currently it is only for selected group of global retailers. They will expand this feature to more advertisers in the coming months.

Buy on Google – One of the most awaited features. Don’t be much happy, still under experiment with limited number of retailers! 😉 With this feature Google offers retailers a great opportunity to convert more searchers into shoppers. When user search for product on smartphone, Google may show shopping ads with “Buy on Google” text on ad. If user click on ad, S/he redirected to a retailer-branded product page hosted by Google. User has to enter their card info only for once. After that it become seamless, secure and simple shopping experience for them.
